Well, these are 10 out of 18 marker cards I made for my friend ~xxYamakei's 18th birthday. I made her name 18 characters she loved, either guy or girls, and I drew each and everyone one of them.
Sadly, I only managed to finish 11 of them, and the other 7 are in front of me on the desk at the moment. I'M WORKIN ON IT.
So, let's start naming names:
- Yami Yuugi from, well, Yugioh. HIS HAIR WILL FOREVER BE A MYSTERY TO ME. I started drawing it in my own weird style, but then decided to mimic the original artist style, so it's weird.... Ugh Yami is not flipping you off .___.;
- L from Death Note. His hair is also REALLY difficult. He's supposed to be holding a cookie in his odd mannerism of sorts.
- Sailor Moon! A no brainer choice on my friend's part, if you remember last year's gift.
- Zuko from Avatar the Last Air Bender. I admit I haven't watched it, but it's on my bucket list. I've heard great things, and I've also heard Zuko is your moody prince baddie ultimately turned good character. LET THERE BE FIRE.
- Pikachu! Another no brainer from my Pikachu obsessed friend. I added in the whole Pikafamily tree for extra measure. Lookin' good!
- Haruhi Suzumiya from the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. An anime I couldn't bring myself to watch because the out of order style of storytelling DRIVE. ME. NUTS. I'll eventually overcome that and watch it.
- ROBIN. I love Robin. So much. However, he was one of the last cards I worked on so he, unfortunately, came out messier than the rest. I will redeem you Robin ;-;
- Sakura and little Kero from Cardcaptor Sakura. Oh goodness, I loved that show so much as a kid. Aaaaah I want to draw more of her adorable outfits.
- Bigger Kero.
- Arnold from Hey Arnold! I never had access to Nickelodeon so, never saw the show. Heard it was a great 90s show though.
And that's that! Hopefully I'll get the other 8 done and uploaded before leaving for college.
