E7 - The Ransom

So, this is the seventh picture in the ElectriCITY storyboard project.

Wooh ok, what's going on here?? On the right you have the mayor's window flying open, and the note with it. Now you finally get to read the note! Candice has been kidnapped! In exchange for here, the villain demands the entire city, and to meet at the factory. Will Mr. Mayor be able to save her? Or is he too preoccupied with those thugs in his office?

..What nice penmanship though.

Meanwhile, on the left, Phillip is walking down the plaza alone this evening.

...There is no more Sheep cameos ):

Fact: Those little balls of light are actually fireflies. They're like the nocturnal butterflies of ElectriCITY! The lamp is actually powered by a jar holding a ton of fireflies.
